Silvi

Silvi is a reporting starter kit: an app of reports on your own database. Each report is a page of tiles, charts and tables, read live from the database every time you open it.

You build it by talking to Claude in the Code tab of the Claude desktop app. You say which numbers you want, Claude writes the report file and checks it, and you look at the result in your browser. You do not write code and you do not type commands.

Your first hour

  1. Read The idea, about five minutes.
  2. Follow Setup to open the app and see the example reports.
  3. Connect your database.
  4. Ask Claude for your first report.

Your wiki, too

This wiki ships with the kit, and it is yours to change. Keep what you learn about your data here, in pages of your own. Ask Claude, for example: "Add a wiki page that explains how we count active customers." The rules for writing pages are in Writing pages.
